Yoga Nidra is part of the Indian tradition. The practice is a guided meditation/inner journey…taking you to the Theta state, communicating with your sub-conscious. The purpose is to manifest something in your life within the next 6-18 months.

The practice of Yoga Nidra takes about 30-40 min during which time you will be in Savasana pose on your yoga mat.

The practice begins and ends by repeating your Sankalpa 3 times, so you will need to prepare this before hand. Your Sankalpa is a sentance that you can remember about what you want to manifest. It can be whatever you like…but of course the more you split up the energy of what you are trying to manifest, the less powerful it will be. I would recommend a maximum of 3 things.
Write it as if it is already a reality…I am…I have… and make sure you can memorize it…as you will be with closed eyes and can’t read it when you are saying it in your mind during the practice.

The session can be in person in Playa del Carmen or online worldwide.
