Shipping Zones & Flat Rates

Below you’ll find all details about how shipping works for physical products in our shop. Digital downloads are delivered instantly and never incur shipping charges.

All physical items are shipped using a flat-rate system based on your location. Shipping costs can be applied in your shopping cart page or it will be automatically calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Current flat-rate zones:

USA & Canada | Flat rate + shipping class
Europe | Flat rate + shipping class
Mexico | Flat rate + applicable shipping class
International | Flat rate + shipping class

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Your final shipping cost is determined by two parts – your shipping zone and the shipping class of the product. At checkout, WooCommerce automatically combines these two values.

Flat Rate | based on your shipping zone
Shipping Class | based on the type or size of the item
Large Items | bigger/heavier fine art pieces above 2 kg
Standard Items | average-size artwork, (paintings, art boxes, etc.)
Lightweight Items | small or very light items (stickers, postcards, etc.)

No Free Shipping

This shop does not offer free shipping, as all physical products are unique handmade pieces of artwork, which require extra care.
Every physical order includes a calculated shipping fee to cover packaging, handling, and courier expenses.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered instantly after checkout. You can also find your download link in the purchase email or under the “downloads” tap in My Account.
No shipping charges will ever be added to:

• Image bundles

• eBooks / PDFs

• Guides

• Digital downloads

Processing Time

All physical items are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Larger format handmade and/or framed pieces may require extra careful packaging.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary by region and courier. Standard estimates:

• Mexico | 2–7 business days

• USA & Canada | 1–3 weeks

• Europe | 2–4 weeks

• Rest of World | 2–6 weeks

Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond my control.

Import Duties & Customs Fees

Buyers are responsible for:

• Import taxes

• Customs fees

• VAT (if applicable)
  These are not included in the product or shipping price.

Changes in Shipping Costs

We do our best to keep shipping fees consistent, but courier companies may adjust their pricing. If shipping fees increase unexpectedly, we reserve the right to update rates accordingly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

• Include your order number and photos (if damaged)
  We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

Returns & Refunds

Physical items may be eligible for returns under certain conditions.
Digital products are non-refundable.
